I recently visited Holy Basil at Radisson Blu and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Paleo diet options. I recently visited Absorb - The Boutique Bar and was pleased to find they offered a variety of vegan options. I especially enjoyed their Veg Hot and Sour Soup, which was flavorful and hearty. I recently dined at Fusion 9 and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of vegetarian options.
