I recently visited Hotel Kalinga and was pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free options on the menu. I ordered the Tandoori Roti and it was absolutely delicious! As a person who has to be careful about gluten intake, I really appreciated this option. The roti was soft and had a great texture, while the taste was on point. I recently visited Ansh Restaurant and I have to say, the Sev Tamatar dish was absolutely delicious! The combination of the crunchy sev and tangy tomato sauce was on point. The 4 Butter Tawa Roti that came with it were soft and fluffy, perfect for mopping up the gravy. I recently tried the Pahadi Chicken at City Gymkhana Club and it was absolutely delicious! I recently visited Impressions at Hotel Kanchan Tilak and I was extremely impressed with their Paleo diet options. The PA system was great, creating a nice ambiance while dining.
