I recently visited Citrus at The Leela and was pleasantly surprised to find a delicious gluten-free option on their menu - the FAB Millet Pancake. It was packed full of flavor and had a great texture. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, this was a welcome addition to their menu. I must say, I was impressed with their commitment to catering to different dietary needs.
