I recently visited Chopstix Signature and was blown away by their Banana Blossom Salad! The dish was fresh and full of flavor, with just the right amount of crunch from the banana blossom. The Keshia - Radisson Blu Kochi restaurant offers an amazing selection of sushi and Japanese cuisine. The Kumblanga Moru Pulissery Curry, Thoran, and Kerala Rice were all freshly prepared and delicious. The quality of the sushi dishes was excellent as well. It's definitely worth visiting if you're looking for authentic and quality sushi experiences in Kochi.
