I recently visited Pieces and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of gluten-free options on the menu. I opted for the Chicken Peri Peri Sandwich and it did not disappoint. The bread was gluten-free and tasted just as good as a regular sandwich bread. The peri peri sauce was packed with flavor and the chicken was cooked perfectly.
