The Red Carpet restaurant was a delightful experience for someone who loves trying different continental cuisines. Monalisa Kitchen is a great spot to try some delicious Bengali cuisine! I highly recommend their Rice With Shorshe Ilish. The fish was perfectly cooked and had a great flavour. The rice was cooked to perfection and the shorshe ilish sauce was the perfect balance of tart and spicy. Highly recommend
