I recently dined at Seasonal Taste at The Westin Kolkata and boy, was it a treat! As someone who prefers vegan options, I was thrilled to see that they had a Chicken Thai Red Curry with Jasmine Rice on their menu. The dish was so good that I couldn't help but share my experience on social media. What impressed me even more was the focus on vegan and plant-based options at this restaurant.
