I recently tried Cloud 9 The Restobar and was blown away by their Paneer Bomb Shots. The texture and flavor of the paneer were perfect, and the combination of spices was spot on. Every bite was a burst of deliciousness. I love trying new restaurants, and this dish will definitely bring me back to Cloud 9.
