I recently dined at Downtown Cafe and was blown away by their Chilli Mayo Wedges! As someone who loves spice, these wedges were the perfect balance of heat and flavor. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the chilli mayo added the perfect kick. I could not stop eating them!
