I recently had the pleasure of trying out Sri Ganesh Tiffin Centre’s vada, and let me tell you, it was absolutely fantastic! The crisp outer layer and the soft, fluffy center were the perfect balance of textures. The chutney and sambar that accompanied it were equally delicious and complemented the vada perfectly. I recently tried the vegan option at Sri Balaji Restaurant and I must say, their Bisibelabath was absolutely delicious!
