I recently visited Amritsari Kulcha Junction and tried their Chicken Hot And Sour Soup. I have to say, it was fantastic! The flavors were well-balanced and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The soup had just the right amount of heat and tanginess to it. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys bold flavors.
