I recently had the pleasure of dining at Umame and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. The Wasabi Mayo Tossed Tempura of Carrot and Onion was particularly delicious, with the perfect balance of spice and crunch. As someone who prefers gluten-free meals, I appreciate the effort put into creating such a tasty dish. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone with dietary restrictions, as well as anyone looking for a flavorful and unique dining experience. Delicious food and accommodating staff make for a great
