I recently visited Trattoria at Vivanta By Taj President and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had options for the Paleo diet! I tried the Insalata Di Polo Trevisio and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and paired perfectly with the fresh greens and dressing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic. As someone who shares my Paleo experiences on social media, I highly recommend Trattoria for their tasty and accommodating Paleo options.
