I recently tried the Tofu Banh Mi at Plural and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The tofu was perfectly cooked and the combination of flavors in the sandwich was spot on. As someone who prefers healthy and nutritious options, I was pleased to see that Plural offers a variety of wholesome choices on their menu. I recently discovered Eight restaurant and I have to say, their late-night snack delivery option has been a lifesaver during my study sessions. I recently tried Balsa restaurant for lunch and I must say, their Prawns Gassi with Flaky Lachha Paratha was a treat for my taste buds. The prawns were cooked perfectly and the gassi (coconut-based curry) had just the right amount of spice. The flaky lachha paratha was a perfect accompaniment.
