I recently tried the Egg Brioche Sandwich at Cafe Noir and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was perfectly toasted and the egg was cooked to perfection. I recently tried Balsa restaurant for lunch and I must say, their Prawns Gassi with Flaky Lachha Paratha was a treat for my taste buds. The prawns were cooked perfectly and the gassi (coconut-based curry) had just the right amount of spice. The flaky lachha paratha was a perfect accompaniment.
