I recently tried the Aloo Gobi Adraki at Essence in Comfort Inn Heritage and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The combination of potatoes and cauliflower with a hint of ginger was a treat for my taste buds. Not only that, but the presentation of the dish was top-notch as well.
