I recently visited Lavista Cake Shop and was delighted to find out that they offer vegan options on their menu. I ordered their Mango Cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crisp and the filling had just the right balance of sweetness. As a person who follows a plant-based diet, it can be challenging to find satisfying desserts, but Lavista did not disappoint.
