I recently tried The Pancake Story and was blown away by their Crunchy Kitkat Pancake. The combination of the fluffy pancake and the crunchiness of the Kitkat pieces was a match made in heaven. The presentation was also impressive with the chocolate drizzle and powdered sugar on top.
