This is regarding my recent order, and I am बेहद disappointed with the service. My order was prepared on time but remained unassigned for more than 40 minutes just because delivery partners were not accepting it due to tip-related issues. This clearly shows a flaw in your system. Because of this delay, I received completely cold and unacceptable food. This is not what a customer pays for. If your delivery depends on tips, it should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, such offers are misleading. I am requesting a full refund for this order and expect strict action to fix this issue so it does not happen again. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further on consumer platforms. Very poor and frustrating experience.
