I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Silver Spoon and I must say, their Chicken Pahadi was excellent. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the chicken was cooked to perfection. I recently tried the chicken tandoori with chicken crispy combo at Vardhan Restaurant and Bar and it was a delightful experience for my spice-loving taste buds. The chicken tandoori was perfectly cooked with a nice char and the chicken crispy was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The spice level was just right, giving a nice kick to the dish.
