I recently visited 145 The Mill and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered a variety of Paleo diet options. I tried the Butter Chicken Bao and it was absolutely delicious. The bao bun was soft and fluffy, and the filling was packed with flavor. As someone who follows the Paleo diet, it was refreshing to find a dish that fit my dietary preferences and was also so tasty.
