I recently dined at Arrow and it was an absolutely lovely experience. Aside from the delicious food, I couldn't help but notice the charming vintage decor throughout the restaurant. And my oh my, the Mid Rise Rinsed Culotte Jeans were absolutely to die for! The perfect mixture of comfort and style. Not to mention, they fit like a dream.
