I recently tried the Tofu Banh Mi at Plural and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The tofu was perfectly cooked and the combination of flavors in the sandwich was spot on. As someone who prefers healthy and nutritious options, I was pleased to see that Plural offers a variety of wholesome choices on their menu.
