I recently visited Brewbot Eatery & Pub Brewery and as a vegan, I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive vegan options. I tried the Alfredo Penne and it was absolutely delicious, with a creamy sauce and perfect al dente pasta. The atmosphere was lively and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
