I recently visited The Burger Shack Co. and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered a variety of vegan options. I ordered the Veggie Delight Burger and it exceeded my expectations. The patty was flavorful and the toppings were fresh. I appreciate that the restaurant has options for plant-based eaters like myself. Although McDonald's may not be known for its healthy options, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer an Egg & Cheese McMuffin 3 Pc Meal on their breakfast menu that fits into my Paleo diet preferences. The breakfast sandwich was made with real eggs and a gluten-free English muffin, which was a welcome change from the usual fast food fare.
