I recently dined at Blue Heaven Bombay Lounge and couldn't be happier with their gluten-free options. As someone who has a gluten intolerance, I greatly appreciate when restaurants have a variety of options for me to choose from. I ordered hakka noodles at 8:30 PM and the delivery was 1 hour. I checked again at 9:30 and the order was the same (the restaurant was preparing the food) I called the delivery guy and he stated he had not received the food yet. After 2 minutes the delivery guy called again and asked what my order was and I told him chicken hakka noodles, so he told me that the order was at the pickup desk and the order id is different from what he got. When he reached my residence I cross checked the order was different on my mobile. Please rectify the problem and the food was delivered around 10 pm and also it was not warm enough to eat.
