As someone who loves spice, I am always on the lookout for new places to satisfy my craving. Pancakes & More did not disappoint. I ordered the Something Blue Mini Pancake and it was amazing. The spice level was just right and added a unique kick to the dish. I also appreciate that they offer different types of cuisine, allowing me to try something new each time I visit.
