While McDonald's is not typically known for catering to the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find their McSpicy Deluxe Paneer Burger to be a delicious and satisfying option. The burger combo for 2 was more than enough for me and my friend, and the spicy paneer patty added a unique twist to the classic burger.
