I recently visited La Pasta Fresca Deli and was thrilled to find Paleo diet options on their menu. One dish in particular, the Calamarata Chicken, caught my eye and I couldn't resist trying it. I was not disappointed at all. The chicken was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the flavorful Paleo-friendly ingredients.
