I recently visited Delhi Darbar and ordered the Chicken Korma with rice and two butter rotis. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of spice in the dish. The flavors were also well-balanced and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The rice was perfectly fluffy and the butter rotis were soft and buttery. I recently tried dinner from Punjab Grill and was blown away by their Tarkari Kesari Biryani.
