I recently visited 9 Star and tried their Chicken Korma. I must say, it was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the korma sauce had a great balance of spices. The service at the restaurant was also top-notch. I highly recommend this dish to all lovers of Indian cuisine. Brijwasi Restaurant has some of the best Aloo Dum I've ever tasted! The flavors were just right and the texture was perfectly creamy.
