I recently visited Bille Di Hatti and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Paleo options on their menu. While the Kachori with Chole is their signature dish, I was happy to see that they had a delicious Paleo version as well. The dish was bursting with flavor and the use of wholesome, natural ingredients made it even more enjoyable. The chole was perfectly spiced and the kachori had a satisfying crunch. I highly recommend this option for anyone following the Paleo diet.

I recently ordered late-night snacks from Gulab and was blown away by their Pista Gajjak! I recently tried Yadav Matthi Wala and was blown away by their Namak Paare dish. As someone who loves spicy food, I was delighted to find that their version had just the right amount of heat and added a flavorful kick to the classic snack. The texture of the Namak Paare was also perfect - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I would highly recommend this dish to anyone who shares my love for spicy food.
