I recently visited Shivakainn Restaurant and tried their Gobhi Paratha with Curd and I must say, it exceeded my expectations for a healthy meal option! The paratha was filled with delicious and well-seasoned gobhi (cauliflower) and the curd was the perfect accompaniment, adding a refreshing element to the dish.
