Little undercooked and you have to keep your fishes away from chicken... Chicken doesn't taste like or smell like chicken, it gives me 100%feeling of fish

I recently tried Desi Matki for the first time and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their sushi and Japanese cuisine. But the true standout dish was their Soya Chaap Tikka. The tofu was perfectly cooked and had a delicious tangy marination that really brought out the flavors. It was definitely one of the best vegetarian sushi options I've ever had. I also appreciated the variety of rolls and the freshness of the fish. Highly recommend if you're a sushi lover like me! #
