I recently visited Govardhan Vegetarian for the first time and was blown away by their Dahi Ka Sholey. The combination of crispy bread and creamy yogurt was a burst of flavors in every bite. I recently visited Bikanervala and was blown away by their delicious Gujia Longlata Sweet. The combination of sweet and savory flavors was a perfect balance and the texture was spot on. I recently tried Apni Rasoi's Dal Tadka Chawal and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The dal was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spices and the rice was fluffy and flavorful. But what really stole the show were their desserts. From the rich and creamy kulfi to the decadent chocolate mousse, every bite was pure bliss. The presentation was top-notch, making it a feast for the eyes as well. I would definitely recommend Apni Rasoi
