I recently visited Meraki Cafe & Bar and was pleasantly surprised to find high protein options on their menu, specifically the Sprouts Salad. As a person following the Keto diet, it can be challenging to find suitable options when eating out, but this dish definitely hit the mark. The sprouts were fresh and crunchy, and the protein provided a satisfying and filling meal. I highly recommend it to my fellow Keto dieters.
