I recently visited Meraki Cafe & Bar and was pleasantly surprised to find high protein options on their menu, specifically the Sprouts Salad. As a person following the Keto diet, it can be challenging to find suitable options when eating out, but this dish definitely hit the mark. I recently tried the Cream of Tomato Soup at Red Chilli and it was delicious! The soup was perfectly creamy and had a great balance of flavors.
