I recently tried the Vegetable Noodles from Pure Pahadi and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were! The vegetables were fresh and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The flavors were authentically Pahadi and it was a welcome change from the usual Chinese style noodles. The portion size was generous and the service was quick. I highly recommend giving this dish a try when you visit Pure Pahadi!
