I recently visited Kali Ghata and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Aloo Tikki. As someone who prefers vegan options, I was happy to see that they had a dedicated section for plant-based meals. The Aloo Tikki was perfectly seasoned and had a great texture. I also appreciated the fact that the restaurant uses sustainable practices and sources their ingredients locally. I recently ordered breakfast from Amma's Kitchen and I must say, their Tawa Mixed Paratha With Dahi was a delicious choice. The paratha was perfectly crispy and the dahi (yogurt) was fresh and well-seasoned. Amma's Kitchen definitely knows how to make a satisfying breakfast meal! I recently visited Ashok Chur Chur Naan and was pleasantly surprised by their variety of gluten-free options. I recently tried Ashok Ki Rasoi and I must say their Malai Kofta was divine! The perfect blend of creamy and spicy, it was a treat for my taste buds.
