I recently visited Cafe Terra and was pleasantly surprised to find a delicious Keto option on their menu - the Veg French Croissant Sandwich. As a Keto dieter, I appreciate when restaurants cater to my dietary needs. The sandwich was perfect - it had all the flavors of a traditional croissant sandwich, but without the carbs. I recently visited Edesia and was delighted to find that they offer several Paleo diet options on their menu. I tried their Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Focaccia and it was delicious - the perfect combination of fresh ingredients and flavors. As someone who follows the Paleo diet, it can be challenging to find options when dining out, but Edesia exceeded my expectations.
