I recently visited The Tipsy Duckling and was pleasantly surprised to find a clear vegetable soup on the menu. As a vegan, it can be challenging to find options at restaurants, but this was a delightful discovery. The soup was packed with fresh vegetables and had a rich, flavorful broth.
