I recently visited Spatzle Bistro and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options on their menu. I was particularly impressed by their Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Parfait, which was not only delicious but also vegan-friendly. The combination of peanut butter and bananas with a crunchy twist was a unique and satisfying treat.
