I recently tried Yolkshire and was blown away by their Egg Bhurji. As someone who loves spicy food, I was thrilled to see that they had plenty of options on their menu. The Egg Bhurji was perfectly spiced and full of flavor. I could tell that the chefs at Yolkshire really know how to balance spices to create a delicious dish.
