I recently discovered Sentosa Highway, a hidden gem for sushi and Japanese food lovers. While their Chicken Tikka Classic sushi was a standout, I must say that the freshness of all their dishes impressed me. I recently ordered from Hotel Orange and was pleasantly surprised by their Pomfret Kalwan Tawa dish. It had the perfect blend of flavors and was cooked to perfection.
