I recently checked out BOX8 - Desi Meals and was delighted to find a great selection of vegan options. I specifically tried their Ghee Dal Khichdi Meal and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of flavors and textures was spot on. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, I truly appreciated the effort put into creating this dish.
