I recently discovered Aashapura Hotel & Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by their Fried Dal Bati dish. The bati was perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The dal had a good balance of spices and was not too heavy. The overall taste was on point and the presentation was appetizing. I highly recommend trying this dish at Aashapura, you won't be disappointed. This place is definitely a must-visit for all dessert and sweet lovers!
