I recently tried out Litti Chokha Shoppy and was blown away by their delicious Dal Bati. The taste was spot on and the spice level was just perfect for my liking. I could tell that they use high-quality ingredients in their dishes. The simplicity of the dish was what made it stand out. I recently ordered from Khichdi By Kilo for a business luncheon, and I must say, I was impressed. The Dal Khichdi, with its extra ghee tadka, was delicious and perfectly cooked. The quantity was generous, and the presentation was top-notch. It definitely exceeded my expectations for a dish commonly known as a comfort food.
