Cafe 49 is definitely becoming one of my go-to spots for delicious Japanese cuisine. However, on my recent visit, I decided to try something different and ordered their red sauce pasta. To my pleasant surprise, it was absolutely delicious! I could tell that the ingredients were fresh and the pasta was perfectly cooked. While their sushi will always hold a special place in my heart, I highly recommend giving their pasta a try. The combination of flavors was simply spectacular. Bravo, Cafe 49!
