I recently visited Hotel Amar and I was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. Their Poori Combo was delicious and I appreciated the fact that it was gluten-free. The pooris were light and crispy, and the accompanying sides were flavorful. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was very satisfied with my meal.
