I recently visited Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara Bakery & Sweets and was pleased to find a wide range of gluten-free options. One dish that stood out to me was their Ordinary Maysore Pak - an Indian sweet made from gram flour, ghee, and sugar. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was happy to taste a version of this dish that was made without wheat flour. Although the Maysore Pak was good, I would love to see more variety
